I'm always looking for new ways to express my experience of living. Building up the image through a montage process of overlaying multiple photographs, I create an impressionistic composition, at times evoking a landscape or a patterning drawn from shapes in nature. I further develop the surface by glazing it with transparent washes to deepen and enliven the texture of the artwork. I work hard at developing a visually rich artwork that I find compelling and beautiful.
